How to do

  • Sit in any asan, preferably Padmasana or Siddhasana.
  • Perform either external Kumbhak or internal Kumbhak and contracting the anus draw the Apan Vayu upwards.
  • Stay thus as per capacity.
  • This technique is called Mool Bandh.
